Services Provided	Video Ad Photo With Audio (Speech) Only Photo (with Music) Jamnagar Guide Advertising Company agrees to provide theatre advertising services to the Client as described below :
Advertising Materials	Video Audio/Speech Only Music The Client shall provide all advertising materials, including but not limited to digital files, graphics, videos, and content, required for the advertising campaign. The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the provided materials.
Approval of Advertising Content	The Client is responsible for approving the final advertising content before it is displayed in theatres.
Campaign Duration	Time : The time length of the video or the work according to the need of the Client Repeat : How many times the ad will repeat in the theatre according to the client's specification No. of Screens : In how many screens advertise shown Min Screen: 1 Max Screen: 4 Note: Screens based on Jamanagar's Movie theater only.
Cancellation and Refunds	As per running campaign client cancel campaign by their side payment is refunded 80% of amount 20% is cut as service charges
Limitation of Liability	In no event shall the Company be liable to the Client or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided under this Agreement.
Confidentiality	Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of this Agreement. This includes campaign strategies, financial information, and other proprietary information.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction	Campaign of advertising presents based on government rules & regulations jurisdiction sector - Jamnagar
Intellectual Property	The Client represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use the advertising materials provided. The Company will not be responsible for any claims or legal actions arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
Payment	It is based on how long campaign is running 25% of payment is paid in advance(after confirmation of ad).
